Using online relationship marketing to grow your business

Many successful small business people tell me they rely on “word of mouth” to acquire new customers.

This tends to mean two things. Firstly, it usually means that the business is very good at what it does. Secondly, it usually means the business owner is not a particularly skilled marketer.

If this sounds like you, online relationship marketing represents a great opportunity to grow your business. Build relationships with all those satisfied customers, who are already impressed with your work, and encourage and incentivise them to spread the word.

All Action Property Services’ emails include a “Forward to a Friend” option, with an incentive for the recipient to book a service. The company has also recently started a Facebook page, where members (ie those who “like” their page) are encouraged in a variety of ways to spread the good word about Action Property Services to their friends in the local area.
