Yesterday, at around 6:40pm we experienced an outage across all Web Genius sites. The outage lasted for about 40 minutes. It was caused by a software update that went wrong.
Over the next few days we’ll be looking into how we can update our practices to make sure this particular problem doesn’t happen again.
