On the 24th of February 2015, we had an outage between 7:10pm and 8:14pm (NZDT). The outage was due to problems with our hosting provider.
We have requested more information from our provider and we are currently piecing together what went wrong. We have been and will be working with our provider to minimise the chance of this happening again in future.
We take our uptime seriously, and we’re quite proud of our record. Before this outage we had a 100% record for the month of February. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
