The internet has changed all that and savvy businesses which can take advantage of the two-way communication enabled by modern tools have the opportunity to build increasingly strong and profitable relationships with customers.

The more you know about what your customers and prospects are thinking, the better equipped you are to address their needs. The internet makes it easy to have a steady flow of information coming in from your customer base, allowing you to address any problem areas and tailor your products.
